Tom Jr., Project Manager: As a project manager, your duties not only involve knowing the job inside and out but also aiming to complete the job efficiently and effectively while keeping a positive rapport with our customers and the team. That is why even the boss’s son, Tom Jr., had to be interviewed for the position. Tom Jr. grew up around construction and was put in every position so when it was his time to step up to the plate, he could get the job done. 

Stephanie , Designer/Project Manager: Stephanie has been a great addition to our Bella Brothers Construction team! With years of experience in designing and managing kitchen and bath projects combined with her bachelor’s degree in interior design, we are excited to have her on our team!

Stephanie has a dual role at Bella Brothers. As our designer, Steph will bring your vision to life by assisting you with your selections of your finish materials and showing you in real time what your remodeling project will look like using digital software. Not only will she help with designs, but she may also be your project manager. Our PMs become your main point of contact throughout your project to keep things moving along on schedule while maintaining quality control. Steph has taken the leap from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia to help make your house a beautiful home.

Kathy, In-House Accountant: The Bella Brothers team was asked, "Who is the nicest person to work with?" Without hesitating, the answer was Kath. Kathy, the in-house accountant, has been a part of the team since 2006 and keeps the morale high. Of course, to be an accountant you must be excellent with numbers for checks and balances, but this also means your birthday and work anniversary are never forgotten. If you have the chance to meet with Kath, you have probably found out that your grandparents were friends in the third grade or your sons played for the same team years ago. When Kath is not running numbers, she is running around with the grandkids and granddogs or whipping up the best apple cake you could imagine.

Laura, Office Administrator: Laura will be the first person you meet when calling Bella Brothers Construction, and she will definitely get you off on the right foot! With her knowledge of our company and various remodeling processes, she will make sure you receive the highest level of customer service. Laura knows the right questions to ask to get the most out of your project from the start and will be there for you throughout the process.

Richard, Project Manager: As the newest member of our team, Richard brings years of project management experience to your project. Whether it be a whole house renovation, addition or remodel, Richard will handle your concerns quickly and ensure your project team goes above and beyond to create a beautiful space for you.
