- Call, email or text us to set up an estimate appointment. 

- The owner, Tom, will come out to meet with you at your home where you will discuss your vision for your project. He will take comprehensive notes, measurements and photos

- Within 2-3 days, you will receive a very detailed proposed via email

- If the budget number works for you, we will invite you into the showroom to meet with the designer to see 3D renderings of your project. She will then assist with your selections of finish materials (cabinetry, tile, etc)

- Once you are happy with everything, we finalize the contract, you make your deposit and secure your spot on our production schedule.

We are licensed in both PA and NJ and are fully insured. We are happy to provide copies of our license and/or insurance certificate upon request. 

Our start times vary based on the type of project you are doing, our current work load and lead time for special order materials. We always put a start date and completion date in writing on our contract. 

Kitchen can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on size and scope

Bathrooms typically take 2-3 weeks depending on size and scope

We ask for a 30% deposit when you sign a contract with us. This allows us to get all of your materials ordered and it secures your spot on the production schedule. The remaining payments are broken up at different milestones throughout the project. We would be happy to provide a sample payment schedule for you upon request. 

The services of our full time designer are available to you at no additional charge. She can help you get your design just right, even if you have no idea where to start! She will provide 3D renderings of your space so that you can fully visualize the transformation. 

If you receive our proposal and it is too high for you, please do not hesitate to let us know. We can look for ways to value engineer your project to reduce the budget while keeping a quality renovation. We can also find ways for you to put in some sweat equity if you are interested in that. 

Kitchens and bathrooms typically would be completely emptied before we start, but rest assured your assigned project manager will go over these details at your initial meeting.

You should expect effective communication and quality workmanship throughout your project. Our teams will respect your home every step of the way. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will serve as your primary point of contact throughout the process to maintain quality control and keep things running smoothly and on schedule. 

We offer Green Forest, Fabuwood and Holiday brands of quality cabinetry, both standard (semi-custom) as well as custom lines.
